A little about me
In 2013 I realized my health was in jeopardy. Having several medical issues as well as a large amount of weight to lose I started a path to wellness and health.
Learning as much as I could for myself and my family,(I am married and have 5 children.) I made changes to diet, lifestyle as well as mental and emotional needs. (Like proper exercise and meditation)
This led me to take Health Coaching classes, and has got me into herbs, oils and crystals. Learning to use food as a disease preventative or health treatment was essential.
Anything that was as natural and noninvasive as possible!
When I came across Reiki and learned of all its benefits I knew it was another few turns on my path I had to take. So here I am , A Reiki Master and wanting to share this Energy with all! I have a few pets of my own and my heart goes to all animals so I also did some training for Animal Reiki Certification. If I am not in your area I also do distant sessions which are just as effective. And now I have an actual brick & mortar shop in lovely Mount Hope! Years ago I never would believe this would happen but practicing positive mindset, intention & meditation has changed my life!
I believe in the power of nature and herbs and make many different products here in my shop. I grow and harvest ethically what I can.
